VESSEL SAFETY CHECKS
The
Vessel Safety Check is a complimentary check of your boat conducted
by members of the Auxiliary, confirming that it meets both federal
and state requirements for safety.
No citations are issued and the results of the safety check are not reported to any enforcement agency, but a decal is awarded to display if the vessel has passed the examination.

BOATING EDUCATION
U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary courses provide instruction to boaters at all levels, from the fundamental to the advanced. Our courses are taught by experienced and knowledgeable instructors committed to the highest standards of the U.S. Coast Guard.

USCG Department of Operations - (Response) is responsible for the administration of the Auxiliary's Surface Operations, Air Operations, Telecommunications and Incident Management Programs.
As of the first of July, 2007, the Operations Department was re-named the Department of Operations (Response) to better indicate the relationship of this department to its counterparts in the active duty Coast Guard.
